When you begin to define the character of a community, one of the things you look for is its relation to other housing in the neighborhood.
Does any housing standout or do they all blend seamlessly? Is it compatible with the rest of the housing? What about green space? Is there a playground?
And, we ask ourselves how we create a community that will stand the test of time economically, socially and environmentally.
It is a question that goes to the heart of what we define as creating community. All developments are required to meet strict standards that we have set for ourselves including energy efficiency and handicapped accessibility guidelines.
