Robles Park Location: 3814 Central Avenue Tampa, FL 33603 - View MAP Units: 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedroom Office Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, M thru F 813-253-0551 x296 Manager   Built in 1953, Robles Park has 436 units and is located at Central and Lake Avenues; just minutes from downtown, schools, malls and major highways. Exterior site modernization is on-going and have included new windows, roofs, fencing, signage, and back porches. A Police community Affairs office and Head Start center are located on site.  Robles Park was first completed in 1953 and under went modernization in 1991.
