North Boulevard Location: 1129 Main Street Tampa, FL 33607 - View MAP Units: 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedroom Office Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, M thru F 813-253-0551 x270 Manager   Location: Built in 1941, North Boulevard Homes is the Authority’s oldest community and is comprised of 682 units. It was during the World War II era that these units became home to hundreds of families. A second phase was added in 1965. Residents enjoy family fun at its many recreational areas along with the convenience of neighborhood schools, and churches within walking distance.
