And, we ask ourselves how we create a community that will stand the test of time economically, socially and environmentally.  It is a question that goes to the heart of what we define as creating community. All developments are required to meet strict standards that we have set for ourselves including energy efficiency and handicapped accessibility guidelines.

The Construction Management team has overseen modernization of ten (10) communities that blend seamlessly with the surrounding neighborhoods, include green space, playgrounds, improve the curb appeal and create a sense of home.
